- Statement of Work This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a requirement of non-personal services to repair Micro Key Alarm Monitoring System for building 377, the Base Fire Department, and 263, the Security Forces Headquarters, to include all labor, parts, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform. Performance shall be IAW the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Statement of Work (SOW). Please contact the person listed below for a copy of the PWS. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB, GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Sole Source Only: Micro Key Software, Inc Justification for Sole Source Only: Micro Key Solutions is the only company that can provide this upgrade because they are the only distributers of the Micro Key program software. The system currently in use is an Micro Key Monitoring system. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: 52.252-2 - Clauses Incorporated by Reference.
