Description

This is a sole source requirement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) to include systems engineering, hardware and software engineering, technical and management support services, technical risk assessment, depot level support, technical data support, reliability and maintainability analysis support, service engineering in direct support of the 193rd Special Operations Wing, and sustaining engineering support for the Integration Test Facility (ITF), Partial Task Trainer (PTT), and associated operations and maintenance mock-ups for the EC-130J Commando Solo Special Mission Equipment and unique aircraft interface components. The contract will have a 12 month basic contract period, and two 12 month option periods. The contract will include Sustaining Engineering Support and 12 months of Contract Field Service. The contract will contain firm fixed price, cost reimbursable, and time and materials line items. Inspection and acceptance will take place at Destination. The contract is planned to be issued to cage code: 95105, Rockwell Collins Government Systems, 3200 Each Renner Road, Richardson TX 75083. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will not be made available through FEDBIZOPPS, therefore any vendor interested may contact Tonya Drummond. The response date for proposals is 22 May 10.
