All work shall be done in accordance with plans, specification, industry standards, local, state, and national codes for earthwork, building construction, water, sewer, and power. At the completion of the contract, the US Forest Service shall have a complete facility ready for occupancy. The contractor shall furnish all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the required work.
