- This is a combined Commercial Synopsis Solicitation for 901 Shock Testing of the Harpoon CNU-706/E Container in accordance with the Statement of Work and Shipboard Shock Qualification Test Plan. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Vendors must be approved Small Businesses ONLY per the NAVSEA Instruction 9491.1C, which will be attach to the end of the solicitation.. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-10-Q-0166 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 541380, Size Standard $12M, of this synopsis within Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov). Information regarding CCR and ORCA can be found through the Business Partners Network (BPN at http://www.bpn.go). Offerors must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (June 2003).
