- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives office located in the William S. Moorhead Federal Building 1000 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has a need for a complete fit out of 4,000 square feet of expansion space within the Moorhead Federal Building. There is no available space contiguous to ATF's current office; however there is a vacant space available on the 15th floor of the Moorhead Federal Building that will be able to house ATF's additional space needed for expansion. The fit out will consist of the following; selective demolition, architectural designs and drawings, equipment and furnishings, mechanical services, electrical services, design contingency and prime contractor mark up. The Solicitation will only be available on the FedBizOpps website to safe guard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition materials. Potential offerors must register on the FedBizOpps website to have access to the materials. This registration includes providing a Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MOIN). Contract is subject to availability of funds.
