- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,448 rentable square feet in Tukwila, WA. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 5,592 ANSI/BOMA Office square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous. The building must be located within the following delineated area: North Boundary: State Route 900 South Boundary: Hwy 516 East Boundary: 108 th Ave SE to 104 th Ave SE West Boundary: 1 st Ave S The proposed lease is for 10 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
