Description
UNITED STATES SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN JAMESTOWN, NY PROJECT #: 0NY2263 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 2,300 rentable square feet in Jamestown, NY. The space shall yield between 1,990 and 2,090 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. The Government will require three (3) on-site, reserved surface parking spaces with the capability to provide an additional two (2) parking spaces over the lease term. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: West 5th Street South: Front Street to Mount Vernon Place to West Harrison Street East: Church Street to Foote Avenue West: Hall Street The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with one (1), five (5) year renewal option. The proposed lease may be cancellable by the government after the fifth (5th) year, and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. • Broker must provide written acknowledgement, and permission from the owner to show the property • Adobe Acrobat.pdf format of floor plate(s) (1/8th inch scale preferred) - if proposed space is above a 1st floor, please provide the 1st floor plate as well as the floor plate of the proposed space - please identify the following: o Proposed suite(s) or room(s) o Fire exits/ stairwells o Elevator o Lavatories • Site plans of proposed location showing set-back from the public street, demonstrating proximity of on-site parking to proposed location, and configuration of building.
