This opportunity is only available to Alpha Corporation under GSA Contract GS-23F-0209N and GS-10F-0379S, BPA No. B2000080600, Call Order A2011080463, as a continuation of construction management inspection services being provided for the Replacement of the Mt. Pisgah Wastewater Treatment System, Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, NC. The government intends to negotiate and award Modification 0002 to Alpha Corporation as allowed by FAR Clause 52.243-1, Changes-Fixed Price. This notice is provided as a requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). In accordance with this Act and the clauses which are contained in the GSA Contract, receipt of award is contingent upon the recipients meeting the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on the use of funds) under the Act.
