To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. 13. Export Control: Data is export controlled. The solicitation/procurement data list is approved for release only to U.S. DoD contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Submission of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your request for the solicitation is required as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121 through 128. Foreign contractors cannot participate as prime contractors. 14. UID: If unit price exceeds $5,000 then UID requirements will apply 15. Additional Information: Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from one or only a limited number of source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Intended source is Chromalloy. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
