- This office intends to competitively award a FFP order for the rental of one each 20-25 passenger bus, delivery FOB Destination state of Hessen, Germany. Exact location still to be determined (FSC W023). Rental period is for twelve months starting on 01 Aug 10. The vehicle shall meet the applicable requirements of the German Strassenverkehrs-Zulassungsordnung (StZVO)/general operating authorization (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) for Germany. Procurement is conducted IAW requirements of FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912CM-10-T-0283 will be issued on or about 14 July 10 with a closing date of on or about 22 July 10. A copy of the RFQ may be requested in writing from Ms. Rostock-Clements via email: ros.rostockclements@eur.army.mil. Subject line shall be the RFQ number. The request shall include the requestors complete name, address, telephone and fax number.
