- The VA Northern California Healthcare System intends to award a noncompetitive acquisition for services relating to the pickup, storage and transport of the remains of deceased veterans at VA facilities in Mather and Martinez, CA to J Morris Company of Sacramento, CA as they are the only known firm in the area capable and willing to provide the subject services. This acquisition will be conducted under NAICS code 812210 with a size standard of $7 million.
