- THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO VENDORS/CONTRACTORS THAT ARE CONTRACTED UNDER the BLM Fuels Reduction IDIQ Those vendors with an established fuels reduction IDIQ contract and have active registration with www.CCR.gov are the eligible to submit quotations for this project. Hand cutting of live pinyon and juniper seedlings greater than six (6) inches tall, saplings less than eight (8) feet and trees damaged by equipment or fire within the rollerchopped areas.
