- This notice of intent to issue a delivery order against a GSA contract number GS-25F-0062L to Xerox Corporation, 800 Carillon PKWY, Saint Petersburg Fl 33716-1102, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.320-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement, 10 U.S.C. 2304( c) (1). The proposed procurement is a renewal final option (3rd year) to an existing contract that will expire 31 July 2010 in which the Government is committed to a 3-year lease agreement renewable yearly. This notice of intent is not request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in t4he Request for (RFP) a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discr4eation of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining weather to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE, A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. INTERESTED PERSONS MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SUBMIT PROPOSLAS.
