- This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration Small Business Concern. The purpose of this requirement is to seek qualified contractors to perform janitorial services for the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) And Base Building, 5700 Springhill Road, Tallahassee, Florida. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about October 1, 2010, for a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) one year option periods for renewal. All companies submitting a proposal must be currently registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Data Base at http://www.ccr.gov before an award can be made North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720, the size standard is: $16.5 Million We are limiting consideration for offeror to have a business/branch office within a 250 mile radius of the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) And Base Building, 5700 Springhill Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32305 for the duration of the contract.
