- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractors under Forest Service, Region 6 IDIQ Contract for plantation thinning, pullback and other activities that coincide with this type of work. The task announcement is for stand density management. Contractor will provide the personnel necessary to do manual cuttings, slash treatments including lopping, scattering and handpiling. Location is at Pine Spring, Emigrant Creek Ranger District, Malheur National Forest. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INFORMATION. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON THE BEST VALUE AMOUNG THE CONTRACT HOLDERS.
