Description
The Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with the Prime Contractors presently assigned to the Sustainment, Restoration & Modernization Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC) which is operated by HQ AETC CONS LGCT office, c/o HQ AFCESA CONS CEKC at Tyndall AFB, FL. This notice is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This project calls for the following to be completed at New Boston AFS, NH. Project number RNGF 09-1054, Replace Chillers Building 100. The Government intends to issue a task order to one of the Prime Contractors under the SATOC IDIQ. The Prime Contractors main point of contact is listed on the attached SATOC Prime Spreadsheet (see attachment). Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the companies listed from this form. 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government has received "Authority to Advertise" this project through the FY10 Straddle "A" Program. Funds for the project may not be available until the end of the First Quarter FY11. As such, pricing should reflect the Contractor's ability to hold the Bid price until such time as funds become available but no later than the end of First Quarter FY11. A site visit has been scheduled for 14 July at 1200. The number of personnel for the site visit has been limited to no more than 5 individuals per Contractor. Each individual attending the site visit must submit 5 days prior to the site visit the following information to Jeffrey Magaw, jeffrey.magaw@newboston.af.mil: full name, driver's license number and state of issue, and date of birth. This information will be used to conduct a wants and warrants check on each individual attending the site visit. The time and place of the site visit may change due to mission requirements with all interested contractors being notified of said changes as they occur.
