****FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY**** THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This purposed action will be against a Public Buildings Service (PBS) Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) which was issued against an existing Federal Supply Schedule Program for Professional Engineering Services (PES), for Special Item Number (SIN) 871-7, Construction Management, to acquire Construction Management Assistant (CMa) Services for boiler replacement in the Wenatchee Federal Building and US Post Office located in Wenatchee, WA. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain CMa Services for this Recovery-funded project. The resultant task order will be awarded to a previously competed BPA contract holder against SIN 871-7, Cooper Zietz Engineering, Inc. 620 SW Fifth Avenue, Suite 1225, Portland Oregon 97204. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code of 236220, Product Supply Code (PSC) of R499.
