- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, is soliciting offers on a unrestricted basis for the purchase of two LSYSGU type electrical cables, 24643/63-06UN and 24643/63-09UN. Offerors must be on the Quality Parts List (QPL) in order to provide the required cables. QPL-24643 MIL-DTL-24643/63 type LSYSGU cable. These cables shall be provided in accordance with the Navy's Performance Specification.This requirement will be evaluated on a low price, technically acceptable basis and offerors will be expected to submit both technical and price proposals for the consideration of the Government. A firm-fixed price type, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated to result from the solicitation. It is the intention of the Navy to issue this RFP through electronic means only. This RFP shall be available upon issuance at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335999.
