- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This contract requires road grading and related work to be performed in accordance with contract specifications, terms, and provisions. Work includes surface blading, ditch pulling, installation of government-furnished signs and posts, tree removal, and associated work as directed by Task Orders issued throughout the peformance period of the contract. A Requirements Contract will be awarded from this solicitation. All quantities of work shown in the solicitation are ESTIMATED based on past history and projected future needs, and are not guaranteed to be available. Performance period will be for one year from date of award. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: between $25,000 and $100,000. PROJECT LOCATION: Various locations within the administrative boundaries of the southern half of Cherokee National Forest, encompassing Monroe, McMinn and Polk counties. SET-ASIDE: Project is 100% set aside for Small Business. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, AG-4756-S-10-0029 and related documents, will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request for Quotation and will be available for downloading on or about July 21, 2010 at the website address www.fbo.gov. Vendors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and in the Online Representations and Certifications Application database (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov prior to award of contract.
