- Construct : The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and performing all work in accordance with specifications and drawings, but not be limited to, the following principal features at buildings 618A, 618B, 619A, 619B, 621A, 621C, 910E, 910F, 910G, 910H, 1343, 1344, 1345, and 1346: Remove seamless flooring in shower area of buildings 621A, 621C, 910E, 910F, 910G, and 910H. Replace deteriorated wood subfloor and floor joists. Replace damaged insulation, match existing R-value. Replace broken drain lines and drains. Provide new seamless flooring with 12 integral base. Overlap base with existing FRP a minimum of 2. Slope to floor drains and overlap flooring into drains. Reweld seams in flooring in bathroom area of building 910G. Repair one drain in bathroom area of building 910F. Overlay existing seamless flooring in shower areas of buildings 618A, 618B, 619A, 619B, 1343, 1344, 1345, and 1346 with plywood and new seamless flooring with 12 integral base. Overlap base with existing FRP a minimum of 2. Adjust or replace drains as necessary to insure drainage. Overlap flooring into drains, at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Construction details and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided with the formal Invitation for Bid Request. The invitation for Bid will be released on or about 29 July 2010. The project range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Award will be pursuant to FAR part 19 Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may sumbit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. All Invitation for Bid will be provided in response to written request only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, email address, telephone number, DUNS number and TIN. Any request that does not include the above-stated information will not receive a response. Fax or email request will be accepted.
