- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academys notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to VIRTUSPHERE, INC located at 2 Dewey Ave Binghamton NY, 13903-2639 for the virtusphere simulator for the Department of Behavioral Sciences. The estimated award is $30,000.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 335999 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available
