- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to award a firm fixed-price modification to an existing task order for construction management services in support of major renovations to the Western Regional Research Center in Albany, CA. The renovations are to address deferred maintenance of critical mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and incidental repairs (Phases 3b-6). This modification will be issued against an existing contract which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect-Engineering Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. This opportunity is available only to the contractor under contract 53-3K15-1-0600. The task order modification (53-3K15-1-0616/0017) will be awarded to Jacobs Facilities, Inc., 1100 N. Glebe Road, Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22201-5798.
