- Description
- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a solicitation to purchase two Software Test Environments (STE-3Bs), Part Number 8428545, as replacements of the two An/ALE-47 Integrated Support Stations (ISS) and addition of a Dispenser rack. The contractor shall fabricate, integrate, deliver, and test two STE-3Bs and one rack of Dispensers. Period of Performance is 24 months. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Systems and Electronic Systems Integration, Cage: 19397, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Foreign participation is not permitted at the prime contractor level. Solicitation is expected to be released on or around XX (15 days after posting of synopsis), with a response due 30days after issuance of a solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
