- Statement of Work The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source, commercial, firm-fixed price award to Spectrum Systems, 11325 Random Hills RD, STE 600, Fairfax, VA 22030-7477 to provide repairs to MKS EWAISF database structure, upgrade MKS EWAISF application and database to version 2009, migrate MKS EWAISF database from RCS based repository to SQL based repository, and conduct user training on the enhanced MKS integrity 2009. Any other responsible source capable of meeting the requirement may submit technical, delivery, pricing, and past performance data sufficient to determine capability. However, the determination to compete or not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the Government. To be considered, any such documentation must be received NLT 2 July 2010, 12:00 EST. Only electronic submissions will be accepted and no extensions will be granted.
