- This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price contract for the Aircraft Adapter Set applicable to the TF39 Engine. NSN: 4920009360252RN, Part Number 1C5777G03, Noun: Aircraft Adapter Set. Requirement is for, 2 each production unit as well as four additional Options of 1-3 each. Ship to for the basic will be FE6482 Martinsburg WV, 25401-7704. The Ship to/mark for options will be specified at time of exercise of option. Delivery is 240 Days ARO. Item description; weight 45 lbs, height 18 inches, width 17 inches, length 20 inches. The government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information retrieval System (PPIRS) and other sources as may be set forth in the RFP. Offerors are strongly encouraged to review rating for accuracy as soon as possible. Pass Performance will be rated slightly more important than cost/price. All questions regarding the RFP or data package must be submitted in writing to Bishop.Herrington@robins.af.mil. No telephone questions will be answered. All questions/answers will be posted to FBO; Therefore you should review FBO prior to proposal submittal to ensure you offer is based on current and complete information. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
