- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): INTERSTEEL, W912QR-09-D-0016; HOWARD W. PENCE, W912QR-09-D-0017; Q.B.S., W912QR-09-D-0018; TJC ENGINEERING INC, W912QR-09-D-0019; AND BARLOVENTO, W912QR-09-D-0034. This is a Request for Proposal. The work includes construction of a paved, multi-use walking trail along the Ohio River in New Albany from the K & I Bridge to Silver Creek. The Ohio River Greenway Public Access Project consists of increasing access to, and along, the Ohio River in Southern Indiana. Set in a diverse physiographical region, the overall project includes an approximate seven mile multi-use trail and roadway that connects New Albany,Clarksville, and Jeffersonville. This greenway will eventually connect to the Louisville Loop with the conversion of the Big Four Bridge into a pedestrian bridge.
