- This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT110154A001. System must have capability to receive input from laptop computer for the purpose of audio/video presentations. General Session room will have (2) screens large enough to be clearly seen by 900 attendees. Contractor to supply all high resolution digital equipment, power supplies, cables, cords required for projection of a (2) screen system. Systems will be capable of receiving video input from laptop computer for the purpose of audio/video presentation. ANSWER: One connection for Internet capability will be needed in the General Session room and one in the operation support room. 3. Statement of Work Section F1a - Operation Room - internet access/telephone/outlets - nothing in the Solicitation? ANSWER: One internet connection, one telephone, two outlets. 4. There is nothing mentioned in the Statement of Work regarding the Classroom for 35 commanders - requirements? ANSWER: A room large enough to accommodate 35 commanders, theater style is required. 30 June 2010 - The purpose of this modification is to extend the respone time to 6 July 2010 @ 0900 PST and add the following items to line item 0004.
