Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, will be issuing a solicitation for a project entitled Anderson Ranch Dam Security Enhancement Crest Raise. The principal components of the project include raising the existing dam crest at Anderson Ranch Dam using material from a Government-owned borrow source; removing the existing asphaltic concrete; preparing the surface; furnishing and placing aggregate base course and new asphaltic concrete; and stockpiling and replacing existing jersey barriers. This requirement is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. This requirement will be acquired using sealed bid procedures. The estimated dollar range of this procurement is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, and the small business size standard is $33.5 million. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY July 12, 2010, at www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered in CCR prior to the awarding of any contract - see www.ccr.gov.
