The Forest Service is requesting proposals for reopening access to the Azurite Mine. Scope of Contract: This contract is for bridge construction work and road reconstruction work on Forest Service Road No. 5400760, on the Okanogan & Wenatchee National Forests, in Okanogan County in the State of Washington. The work includes: traffic management; fabrication and installation of two precast concrete bridge footings; retrieval, transport, assembly and installation of a Government-furnished prefabricated steel bridge superstructure; seeding and mulching of disturbed areas; reestablishing the roadway bridge approaches to the proposed vertical and horizontal alignment; and the reconstruction of road 5400760. Project Location: The project is located within the Okanogan & Wenatchee National Forests, in the State of Washington.
