- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Mobile StageThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), RFQ # M62204-10-Q-9045. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% small business concerns. CLIN 0001 QTY: 01 Mobile Stage Length (including hitch) of no more than 28 ft. and no less than 24 ft. Width no more than 9 ft and not less than 7 ft. Features to Include: Complete towing packageSpare tireNon-skid floorsGuardrailsElectrical distribution skirtingWork LightsStairs with a handrail Stage must have water resistant and fire retardant canopy, backdrop, sidewalls and skirting. COLOR: TBD Floor must be a mimimum floor load capacity of at least 90 lbs per square foot. Gross vehicle weight shall be no more that 5,000 lbs with an empty hitch tongue load of no more than 400 lbs. Stage must have leveling and stabilizer jacks with suffient capacity for the stage weight and expected loading. Trailer must be supplied with at least a 7,000 lb capacity tandem axle with all wheels having electric brakes, and shall comply with DOT and NHTSA requirements. Withstand winds of at least 40 mile per hour. FOB DESTINATION Place of contract delivery and acceptance will be at Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Barstow California, 92311-5050 The vendor selected for award is required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and must also be registered with and invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government considering best value, technical specification, price, and ability to deliver in a timely manner. *** It is very important that all vendors and contractors follow all instructions provided below when submitting quotes. *** Please include include with your quote, Delivery Date, DUNS #, CAGE Code #, and Tax ID #.
