- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to make a sole-source award to Sustainability Roundtable, Inc., One Broadway, 14 th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02142, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking a two-year Professional Membership in the Sustainability Roundtable which is designed to help members define and update management best practices and understand opportunities for savings and value enhancement in more sustainable real estate. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 813920. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 5:00 PM EST, July 13, 2010. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
