Description
The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue a commercial item solicitation for Resident Satisfaction Survey and Referral/Move-in Survey in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Period of Performance is from 01 September 2010 through 31 August 2011 for the base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The contract resulting from this RFP will be a firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 541611 and the business standard size is $6.5M. This procurement is competitive, 100% set aside for small business concerns. Contractors selected for this award will be evaluated on their Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price. The RFP will contain detailed statement of work describing the Government's requirements for the delivery and services. Solicitation N00244-10-R-0069 will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 12 July 2010. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-41, effective May 13, 2010 and DFARS Change Notice May 19, 2010. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The solicitation period is anticipated to close on COB 1600 PM PST, 11 August 2010. Questions shall be submitted not later than 28 July 2010.
