Description

Attachment 2 Attachment 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG84-10-Q-DF7166 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 611710. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for Graduate-Level Program and Management Analysis training courses. The training will be conducted at Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA 94501. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, training aids, and training materials to conduct graduate-level Program and Management Analysis training; resulting in an graduate-level accredited certification in Program and Management Analysis, recognized internationally by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for meeting the essential requirements of the Management and Program Analysis series and the Readiness and Capability Analysis functional responsibilities. The contractor shall provide students with the skills and credentials vital for professional advancement within the Program and Management Analysis career-field in the US Coast Guard. The period of performance: 16 Aug – 24 Sep 2010 AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements. CLAUSES: The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offers Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representatives and Certifications and Certifications Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
