ITEMS NEED TO BE DELIVERED TO. ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF RESPONSES ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE TYPE OF PRODUCT THAT WILL SATISFY THE AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THIS SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION MEETS THE CONDITIONS OF FAR 6.302-1(ii) AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, HOWEVER, ALL INTERESTED PARTIES WHO BELIEVE THEY CAN MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. INFORMATION RECEIVED AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE WILL BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT AND WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. IF NO WRITTEN RESPONSES ARE RECEIVED AT LEAST (5) DAYS AFTER THE PUBLICATION OF THIS SPECIAL NOTICE, THE CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
