Studley c/o Carpenter/Robbins Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Agent for the General Services Administration, 3160 Crow Canyon Road, Suite 200, San Ramon, CA 94583. DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 1,500 rentable square feet of contiguous office space yielding a minimum of 1,304 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (previously usable). GSA requires six (6) surface parking spaces for use by Government employees. TENANT: Department of Labor - Office of Workers Compensation Programs LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the city limits of Livermore, California. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government's requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with accessibility standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Government prefers contiguous space.
