- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-10-JS-0011. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 335129 with a 500 employee size standard. This RFQ contains 1 line items. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 - Professional light show to illuminate a 35 piece concert band on 17 September 2010 to include 2 single hung trusses, 2 follow spots and operators, additional lighting for performers infront of stage (25' X 40' area), and lighting director to coordinate lighting for show. End Item Description. FOB point is Destination. Delivery is 30 days after receipt of award. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES.
