Description

Justification of DSI maintenance renewal. Solicitation to complete and return to betty.burris@disa.mil by 11:00am CDT on 24 June 2010. DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a contract restricted to 'Specific Make and Model'. This acquisition is to purchase Data Synapse Software License annual maintenance renewal for DISA SSO Mechanicsburg, PA. Data Synapse Products are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is for one year. Companies who are authorized by the manufacturer as a reseller of Data Synapse Products must complete a copy of the attached RFQ HC1028-10-T-2169 not later than 24 June 2010 at 11:00AM CDT via the following address: betty.burris@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a Lowest Cost Technically Acceptable (LPTA), firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.
