Description

This construction requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to replace boiler # 3 and associated systems located in building 7 of Jefferson Laboratories, Jefferson, AR. Included in the work is the demolition of existing boiler #3 (rated 2300 BHP) and associated piping, existing deaerator system, existing chemical treatment system, and portions of the building electrical system. The work also includes the installation of a new boiler (rated 750 BPH) and associated piping, new deaerator system, new chemical treatment system, and new building electrical system. Period of performance is 360 days. RFP package, project manual and plans will be distributed electronically through FBO and are due to be issued on or about July 6, 2010. RFP must be submitted as instructed in accordance with RFP instructions.
