Description

Justification Solicitation HC1028-10-T-2167 DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to INNOVATIVE RESEARCH INC, 3025 HARBOR LN, STE 300, PLYMOUTH MN 55447. This acquisition is for maintenance/support for Innovative Research TileFlow Plus. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 12 September 2010 through 11 September 2011. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the attached solicitation, HC1028-10-T-2167, and return it via email to nicole.grass@disa.mil by 10:00 A.M. (Central Time) on 24 June 2010. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement. The justification detailing the government's essential need for INNOVATIVE RESEARCH INC software maintenance is listed below.
