- RECOVERY - PROJECT NUMBER P1357 CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, MCB CAMP LEJEUNE PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBERS: Alderman Building Company, Inc. N40085-09-D-5321, Lifecycle Construction Services, LLC N40085-09-D-5322, Military & Federal Construction Company, Inc. N40085-09-D-5323, T.H.R. Enterprises, Inc. N40085-09-D-5325, TJC Engineering, Inc. N40085-09-D-5326, and Blue Rock Structures, Inc. N40085-09-D-5353, HUBZONE Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The Officer In Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Installations East, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under the HUBZONE MACC. Please note that only the contractors who have been awarded a HUBZONE MACC from the OICC MCI-East Camp Lejeune, NC contracting office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation. The anticipated scope of work includes the construction of a 6,700 SM, single story masonry building with a spread foundation, reinforced masonry walls, brick veneer, standing seam metal roof facility for a Child Development Center for 304 children at Courthouse Bay area of the MCB Camp Lejeune, NC. Construction will include food handling area, laundry area, classroom, offices, toilets, storage spaces and NMCI telecommunication room. The site work includes parking, playground areas, site drainage and storm water handling features, sidewalks. All mechanical and electrical support features for the building are included in the construction, including a sewage pump station. Road work will include widening existing road to provide turn lanes.
