- Solicitation for Replenisher, 25MM This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price contract for the Replenisher, 25 mm applicable to the AC-130U gunship. NSN: 1730013633779RN, Part Number 912G0001-100, Noun: Replenisher, 25MM. Requirement for 1 each First Article delivery due 240 ARO contract, Associated Data ( Engineering Change Proposals, Notice of Revisions, Technical Manuals, First Article Test Report, First Article Test Plan), 1 each Production Unit 210 days ARO approved first article test report. Option for a quanity of 1-2 each delivery due 210 days ARO exercise of option. Ship to for basic will be Hurlburt Field Fl 32544-5737. Destination for Option TBD. The Weight is (754.00(LB), Height 52.00(IN), Width 32.5 (IN), Length 107.00(IN). Function: The GFU-22/E 25 mm Ammunition Processor is mechanical system for inspecting and sorting flight line returned 25mm ammunition and spent cases. The govt will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) and other sources as may be set forth in the RFP. Offerors are strongly encouraged to review rating for accuracy as soon as possible. Past Performance will be rated slightly more important than cost/price. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 7 July l 2010 with anticipated response date of 6 Aug 2010. No hard copies will be provided. Technical data package will be availiable on FBO. All questions regarding the RFP or data package must be submitted in writing to Bishop.Herrington@robins.af.mil with a copy to Tara.Odom@robins.af.mil. No telephone questions will be answered. All questions/answers will be posted to FBO; therefore you should review FBO prior to proposal submittal to ensure your offer is based on current and complete information. 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 8. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
