Description
Single Molecule Real Time (SNP) DNA system. Massively parallel DNA sequencing technologies ("next generation" sequencing or NGS technologies) Specification for high-throughput SNP genotyping system 1. An automated platform capable of performing high throughput DNA SNP genotyping and multiplexing up to 384 SNP per sample 2. The system should include the SNP-genotype detection system and computer-assisted automated allele calling. 3. Easy to operate at low cost: multiplex with less than $0.08/datapoint 4. Data acquisition is automatic and analysis is conducted in real time without user intervention. 5. Ability to genotype samples of low quality genomic DNA isolated using SDS protocol. 6. Use of standardized assay conditions requiring no assay optimization permitting rapid establishment of new assays without redevelopment. 7. Ability to detect small insertions and deletions in addition to SNPs with the standardized assay. 8. Ability to do SNP for complex genome such as wheat 9. All other essential hardware for completion of SNP analysis should be included in the system. 10. Provide friendly technical training and support 11. Service provided by the company should be high quality at reasonable low price.
