- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,750 rentable square and garage space of approximately 2,400 rentable square feet (14' clear ceiling and door height) in the Town of Hartford, Vermont encompassing the Villages of Quechee, White River Junction, Hartford, West Hartford, and Wilder. The space should yield between 5,000 and 5,250 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet and 2,400 rentable square feet of garage space. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2011. Surface parking for 40 vehicles must be provided. The offered space must be located on the ground floor of the building. Preference will be given to locations that are in close proximity to the VA Hospital, away from congested areas and have a separate entrance. Expressions of interest must include, at a minimum, rental quotes based on a fully serviced lease (including all utilities and cleaning), building address, date of availability, floor size, parking arrangements, and be submitted in writing to the following address by Friday July 2, 2010. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. No subleased space will be considered.
