Description: The Subcontractor will provide all labor, materials, additional crafts, disposal and project management for this project. Provide removal and turnkey installation services for the replacement of a roof mounted Continental Condenser (Model CAC100-1A) with 1 New York Model VDC-224D60 and 1 York Model VDC234D60. Subcontractor shall further utilize only Carlisle trained applicators to install, repair, and inspect roof membrane.
