Description
This announcement constitutes a Source Sought Synopsis for Contractor Logisitcs Support (CLS). Main place of Operational Performance is NAMAB, Al Muthana Air Base, Iraq. Perfromance shall be for 90 days. The PEACE DRAGON System Program Office (SPO), Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) requires CLS in support of Iraqi owned King Air 350 Extended Range Intelligence, Surveillance and Recon (ISR) aircraft with embedded Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) payloads, Light Transport (LT) aircraft, mission specific Ground Support stations (including ground generators and environemntal control units) throughout Iraq and be able to provide maintenance, FAA certified/trained personnel, supplies, material, inspections, launch and recovery, contractor owned spares and support equipment. Responsible sources must be able to sustain aircraft/ariframe as well as mission critical ISR payloads. Contractor must be able to furnish all services and supplies necessary to manage and support aricraft in a foreign country. Currently the prime contractor is Hawker Beechcraft Corp, Wichita, Kansas. Reprocurment data is not applicable and it is impractical to distribute all aplicable specifications with this market survey.
