- Performance Work Statement This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This notice is being posted as a Request for Quotations for Purchase Request F3R7C00112A001. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. This solicitation is for 100% Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code for the requirement is 611420 (Computer Training). The size standard for this NAICS code is $7.0M. CLIN 0001: CompTIA Security Plus Certification training, to meet DoD 8570.1 certification requirements for 50 SCS personnel IAW the attached Performance Work Statement, dated 07 JUN 10. Offer/quote should include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. Period of Performance is 01 July 2010 through 31 December 2010. FOB point is Destination (Schriever AFB, CO 80912). The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: lowest price technically acceptable. Responding contractors shall include quotations and descriptive literature with their response to allow the government to make a complete evaluation and appraisal of the offering with respect to the requirements set forth in this combined synopsis solicitation. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Any award resulting from this solicitation will include DFARS Clause 252.237-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
