- Questions and Answers 6-16-10 Atch 1 PWS dtd 6-16-10 Site Visit Minutes Amendment 0003 FA8601-10-R-0019 Atch 2 - Air Force Custodial Standards Amendment 0003 - Solicitation FA8601-10-R-0019 is hereby amended to address the Department of Labor (DOL) issuance of an All Agency Memorandum, Number 209, revising the Service Contract Act (SCA) Health and Welfare (H&W) rate effective for all contract or options awards on or after 22 June 2010 to $3.50 (from $3.35) per hour. Atch 7 - SCA Wage Determination 2005-2419, Revision 9 dated 14 August 2009 is hereby revised accordingly. This amendment also replaces the PWS with PWS dated 6-16-2010. Note that only references to Building 11235 have been removed and replaced with references to the correct building number 31235. This amendment also removes Atch 2 and incorporates Atch 2 - Appendix B - AF Custodial Standards dated 6-16-10. The replacement Appendix removes all references to Building 11235 and replaces those references with Building 31235. Site visit minutes and Questions and Answers are also posted. As a result of this amendment, the closing time and date are hereby changed. Solicitation packages are due NLT 23 June 2010 at 2:00PM (EST). ************************************** ************************************** ************************************** AMENDMENT 0002 - Solicitation FA8601-10-R-0019 is hereby amended to replace the current PWS dated 1 February 2010 with PWS dated 8 June 2010. The revised PWS changes paragraph 3.1, "Government Furnished Property and Sevices." As a result of this amendment, the closing date remains unchanged. ************************ ************************ ************************AMENDMENT 0001 - Solicitation FA8601-10-R-0019 is hereby amended to correct the meeting location of the site visit from BUILDING 933 to Building 6933. This was a typographical error. The site visit is being held on 10 June 2010. The date and time for the closing remains unchanged. *************************************************** ***************************************************The 88th Contracting Squadron, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is hereby issuing a competitive solicitation for a firm fixed price contract with a one month base period and four one-year option periods for custodial services at the Child Development Centers at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Closing date for this requirement is NLT 11:00 am (EST) 21 June 2010. This acquisition of services is 100% HUBZone set-aside. In order to qualify for this program, an offeror must be a certified HubZone prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720. The size standard is $16.5 million. The prior acquisition was awarded as a HubZone set-aside under contract award FA8601-06-C-0020 to Deaton Enterprises, at a total contract value of $2.4M for a base period and 4 option years. Although this acquisition is similar to the previous contract award, the performance work statement has changed significantly especially regarding required Levels of Service. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for 0900 hrs (EST) 10 June 2010. For scheduling purposes, adherence to the instructions listed in Attachment 5, Instructions to Offerors, is required.
