- M00263-10-T-0038Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026310T0038 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41 and DFARS Publication 20100611. This solicitation is issued for 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811213 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in Solicitation M0026310T0038 which can be found in Enclosure #1. Quoters responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Sub part 13.5. Submission of quotes shall include the following: 1) Identification of items being quoted (e.g. manufacturer and model number); 2) Delivery information ARO; 3) Price: all pricing quoted shall be FOB Destination. The basis for award is Best Value. The criteria for evaluation in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 are: 1) Delivery and, 2) Price. Additionally sucessful awardee shall have satisfactory past performance. All responsible small business sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards. Any/all questions on this RFQ shall be received by this office by June 21, 2010 at 10:00 AM (EST). The closing date and time for this solicitation is Tuesday June 22, 2010 at 10:00 AM (EST). Quoters are responsible for ensuring that their submitted quote has been received and is legible. Submit quote to christine.wendle@usmc.mil or fax to (843)228-4344 or (843)228-2163. Only electronic quotes in email or facsimile format will be accepted.
