Description
NAICS Code: 541910 This is a sole source procurement, no an RFQ. NAICS code 541910. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), Climate Protection Partnerships Division (CPPD), intents to award as part of an 'Open Market Item' under a GSA order, work to Interbrand of New York, NY. The purpose of the acquisition is to support the Top-Tier Program Design Development, Design Options Testing, and Recommendations for the ENERGY STAR program. The work is to further develop program design options to be thoroughly discussed and tested to inform final recommedations for the ENERGY STAR brand and top-tier effort. Interbrand is uniquely qualified to do this work as it is a paramount branding consultancy and has provided strategic guidance to the ENERGY STAR program since 2001. Interbrand worked with EPA in 2008, 2009, and 2010 on initial analysis of and research for the top-tier program. Interbrand has consistently demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the way in which the ENERGY STAR brand operates in the marketplace, as well as how it is perceived in the public, by its partners, and its other wide and varous audiences.
