Description

This building systems project is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and will provide the following items, but not limited to: - Measurement & verification plan for ECMs - Replace central plant with HE boiler & centrifugal chiller plan - Roof replacement - Chilled/hot/condenser water reset - Optimize HVAC set points, HVAC scheduling & economizer operation - Install parking lot LED lighting The Government will select one Construction Manager as agent (CMa). The CMa will assist the GSA in managing the design-build construction with an emphasis on meeting the project's goals relating to schedule, budget, scope and quality. The entire complex will remain fully occupied throughout the construction period. The CMa shall also serve as the value engineering (VE) consultant and the Commissioning Agent (CxA) to identify appropriate commissioning program goals and to develop supporting inspection and testing practices to meet the objectives of the project commissioning plan.
